Tuna noodle casserole

Hey girls this is Seth's favorite. I don't really like tuna but I really like this casserole.

1 cup of elbow macaroni
1/2 cups of soft bread crumbs( I sometimes substitute fried onions)
1 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups of milk'
1 9 ounce can of tuna
1 cup of cheddar cheese (cubed)

1. Cook noodles, drain and set aside
2. combine bread crumbs and 1 tbs of melted butter
3. For sauce in a medium saucepan cook celeryand onion in the 1/4 cup of butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt, dry mustard and pepper and milk. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly. Combine sauce, tuna, cheese and cooked noodles and transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinklewith crumbs and bake uncovered at 375 for 20-25 minutes.

Hope someone enjoys it as much as Seth:)
